Personal Life Update / Dobie Update

Hey guys! How are you all doing? I hope everything is going great for you guys! I just wanted to stop by and give you guys an update on how things are going and all around here!

Art and 2015
    So, with the New Year already upon us, some of you may be wandering what 2015 will hold for me art wise. My answer? A ton of stuff! I've decided that I'm going to be branching out and exploring more. Between realistic attempts and quick, cute chibi attempts, I'm doing it all. I'm even working on coding a bit, mostly for WDR and when we get our super, but that's another story!

The Working-Dog-Registry
    A lot of you lovely people are members of Working-Dog-Registry and you may be wandering what is to come of that? Well, first off, I can't thank you guys enough! We have only been open for a few months yet we are already almost at 100 members and are one of the larger affiliates of Kennel-Club. Unfortunately, the SV has still refused affiliation to where our titles can count, but we are still working hard to obtain this because we know a lot of you survey through SV and it would be helpful if our titles could count towards that. 
    We also are trying to go super, but I can't promise that anytime soon! 
    We will be hosting a ton of working and conformation events throughout the year and hopefully adding more titles for you all to participate in. We have some big plans and we hope you stay tuned!

The Dobie Quest
    Some of you may or may not know but I've been looking to get a Dobie. This search started out because I've always wanted to own a big dog that was on the protection side of things. It came very close between GSD's and Dobies, but the latter ultimately won out. Why? Because they are stunning! I've always had a soft spot for them.
    So, I've been trying to convince my parents to let me get a red stud (I still live with them, so their rules go). I finally convinced my dad to agree to the idea that if I got all of the money to cover the pup, I could get it.
    The only problem? The breeder I want to go with charges anywhere from $3500-$5000 per pup. That's a lot of money to come up with when one doesn't have a job and is in school. But I want a Dobie so bad and from this breeder. I know there are cheaper options, but this breeder has really high quality and full blooded Euros. He throws reds in almost every litter because half of his stock is red and the other half black. 
    Thus, I am currently on a wild attempt to raise $5000. So, I'll be opening commissions soon and trying to find other ways to earn money. If you guys know of any ways that I could earn money, that would be so helpful too! I may even design some T-shirts and other knick-nacks to sell on a a place like Cafe Press. I'm even going to try some crafty stuff and see how that goes.
